Asymptomatic thrombosis of extrahepatic portal vein aneurysm necessitating hybrid operative repair.

CONCLUSIONS: Altered hemodynamic appearances on Doppler ultrasound and contrast-enhanced CT may warn of impending thrombosis in portal vein aneurysms.
