Anomalous left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery: an unusual cause of cardiac arrest

A 41 year old male presented following an out of hospital cardiac arrest whilst playing football. He received immediate bystander cardio-pulmonary resuscitation, was successfully defibrillated and transferred to a tertiary cardiology centre. He had previously undergone metallic mitral valve replacement at the age of 11.
