Comparing the surgical response of bisphosphonate-related versus denosumab-related osteonecrosis of the jaws

The pathophysiology and treatment of medication-related osteonecrosis of the jaws (MRONJ) remain unclear following nearly two decades of recorded observation and discussion. The purpose of this study was to assess outcomes of surgical resection of MRONJ in patients exposed to denosumab.
