Conclusions
Drug-related Pisa syndrome may be associated with the imbalance in dopamine-choline. Pisa syndrome may have similar mechanisms and treatment options to dystonia.
This is the first report of quetiapine relieving Pisa syndrome in a patient with Parkinson disease.
