“Letter to the Editor” with regard to the manuscript: A comparison of two intravesical bladder instillations for interstitial cystitis/Bladder Pain Syndrome (doi.org/10.1016/j.ejogrb.2020.10.060)
we read with thoroughly interest a recently published a multicentre collaborative study by Keane et al regarding hyaluronic acid (HA) and chondroitin sulfate (CS) (Ialuril ®) intravesical instillation for Bladder Pain Syndrome/Interstitial Cystitis (BPS/IC) treatment (A comparison of two intravesical bladder instillations for interstitial cystitis/Bladder Pain Syndrome. EJOGRB doi.org/10.1016/j.ejogrb.2020.10.060). Our interest on the paper is led also by the hypothe sis that BPS/IC and Overactive Bladder (OAB) may share a common pathogenesis, as reported [1,2].
