No changes in nocturnal respiration with hypoglossal neurostimulation therapy for obstructive sleep apnea
ConclusionWe did not observe significant changes in AHI and ODI4 indices with HGNS therapy. Larger multicenter randomized controlled trials are necessary before wider international use of HGNS.
