Association between ALDH2 Polymorphism and Gastric Cancer Risk in Terms of Alcohol Consumption: A Meta-Analysis.
CONCLUSIONS: ALDH2 polymorphism can modify the risk of gastric cancer, especially in moderate/heavy drinkers. Gastric cancer is more susceptible among drinkers with inactive ALDH2.
