New obesity plans: what needs to be done?

Obesity is a major public health and societal issue, with two- thirds  of adults above a healthy weight and 1 in 3 children being overweight when they leave primary school. Not only this, but the highest prevelance of obesity is amongst those living with socio-economic difficulties.
