Incidental finding of ileal gastrointestinal stromal tumour during prostate cancer staging with prostate ‐specific membrane antigen scan

We present the first reported case where small bowel gastrointestinal stromal tumour (GIST) has been incid entally identified on PSMA‐PET scan and highlight the need for awareness of other pathology being identified on PSMA‐PET/CT.
