Cardiac physiology – Audio narration

Cardiac physiology – Audio narration Includes cardiac cycle, action potential and the conduction system of the heart in a sequence. Cardiac cycle describes all the phases of the cardiac cycle. The diagrammatic representation of action potentials of the myocardial cell and pacemaker cell are given. Phases of the cardiac action potential are explained along with difference in case of pacemaker cells. Electrical systole of the heart is defined. The conduction system of the heart includes the sinoatrial node, internodal pathways, atrioventricular node, bundle of His, bundle branches and the Purkinje fibres.
