Philips unveils new ventilator made in Murrysville
Multinational health care company Philips has rolled out a new ventilator to treat chronic obstructive pulmonary disease that is made in Murrysville.
The Philips Ventilator BiPAP A40EFL is what the company is calling a noninvasive ventilator, which will provide relief to people with COPD and a specific expiratory flow limitation that means that they don't exhale a lot of breath from the lungs.
