Comparative Study Between the Auditory and Vestibular Functions in M énière's Disease.

CONCLUSIONS: Audiometric changes do not directly correspond with the vestibular ones; therefore, no specific correlation exists between them. Thus, for therapy planning and diagnosis, both tests are necessary.
