Ultrahigh Field 7 T MR Imaging: Bridging the Gap Between Microscopic and Systems Level Macroscopic Imaging

Fourteen years ago, Neuroimaging Clinics published an issue entitled “3.0 T versus 1.5 T Imaging.” This current issue represents a sequel that could be entitled “7.0 T versus 3.0 T Imaging.” In year 2035, we may see an issue entitled “12.0 T versus 7.0 T Imaging” or perhaps more likely “AI-Powered Hybrid 12.0 T MR Imaging–CT-PET Scanner and Theranosti c Focused US-Radio-Laser” all in one.
