Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Bias: We Can Do Better: NASS 2020 Presidential Address

Normally during our annual meeting, I would see many friends, colleagues and family in the audience in the main hall of a large convention center. Even without COVID, it is unlikely my mother would have been able to come, and my father passed away during the 2016 NASS meeting. But I think they would have liked this.
