Prolapse of Colonic Neovagina After Vaginoplasty for Childhood Rhabdomyosarcoma Treated With Modified Altemeier Procedure

We present the case of a patient with recurrent sigmoid neovaginal prolapse treated with a modified Altemeier procedure for rectal prolapse, which has not been previously described in the literature.
