Implementation of an algorithm of cohort classification to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in nursing homes.

Preventing COVID-19 spread in nursing homes is challenging. We suggest an algorithm for patient classification based on basic diagnostic tests, surveillance of symptoms onset and close contact monitoring.
