AG Rosenblum not on board with feds' Purdue Pharma settlement

Oregon is among the states opposed to the federal government ’s settlement with Purdue Pharma, under which the maker of the opioid OxyContin agreed to plead guilty to three criminal charges as part of an $8 billion settlement.
