Is Older Age a Contraindication for Single-Level Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion?

Conclusions: In judiciously selected patients with proper preoperative risk assessment and optimized medical co-morbidities, TLIF surgery can have successful results, in terms of clinical outcome and satisfaction, in the elderly.
