Tricuspid Valve Dysplasia at Fetal Autopsy.

Conclusion: The difficulties in differentiating Ebstein anomaly from tricuspid valve dysplasia due to inherent limitations in fetal imaging can be resolved by fetal autopsy. Valvular dysplasia will not have apical displacement of the valve leaflets.
