Efficacy of Surgical Excision and Brachytherapy in the Treatment of Keloids: A Retrospective Cohort Study

CONCLUSIONS Extralesional excision combined with postoperative high-dose-rate brachytherapy seems to be one of the most effective invasive protocols to treat and prevent keloids.
