Ect in pediatrics: new frontiers for collaborative care

The objectives of this Clinical Perspectives are to review indications for ECT in youth, current data on the effectiveness and risks of ECT, applications of ECT in the pediatric consultation-liaison (CL) setting, barriers to ECT, and legal and ethical considerations of ECT in youth.
