13.3 the amount and quality of interactions between clinicians and black individuals during childhood predicts race implicit association scores

We estimated associations between self-reported level/quality of past interaction between mental health providers with Black individuals to understand if childhood interactions vs more recent relationships are related to changes in implicit association test (IAT) scores in 3 domains of mental health practice: mental health diagnosis, patient compliance, and treatment.
