Outcomes of nursing home COVID-19 patients by initial symptoms and comorbidity: Results of universal testing of 1,970 residents
Residents with COVID-19 who were asymptomatic at testing had higher risk of mortality compared to those without COVID-19, even after accounting for comorbidities. Monitoring for rapid change in clinical status is critical.
