Prenatal diagnosis and planned peripartum care improves perinatal outcomes in fetuses with transposition with intact ventricular septum in low-resource settings.

CONCLUSIONS: This study demonstrates the feasibility of creating a network for prenatal diagnosis and referral in low-resource settings for critical CHD such as TGA that enables planned peri-partum care in specialist pediatric cardiac centers and improved neonatal survival.
