Transcriptional subtypes resolve tumor heterogeneity and identify vulnerabilities to MEK inhibition in lung adenocarcinoma.

CONCLUSIONS: Our findings support forward translational relevance of transcriptional subtypes, where further exploration therein may improve lung adenocarcinoma treatment.
