Disease severity affects myocardial functions in patients with treatment ‐naive early rheumatoid arthritis

ConclusionRA severity was associated with lower LV systolic myocardial function and increased arrhythmia parameters. Only LVGLS was significantly independent predictor of RA disease severity.
