Predicting the Response to Botulinum Toxin Treatment in Children With Cerebral Palsy

It is interesting to read the article by Bar-On et al.1 They compared the responsiveness of clinical and instrumented spasticity assessment for the effects of botulinum toxin type A injection in children with cerebral palsy. However, in the entire article, they used the abbreviated term BTX rather than the distinct trade name for botulinum toxin to denote the medication they injected. I strongly recommend that the authors need to clarify the formulation of botulinum toxin to avoid misunderstanding.
