BRAFV600E overrides NOTCH signaling in thyroid cancer.
CONCLUSIONS: The interaction between the BRAF and NOTCH pathways demonstrates that BRAFV600E mutation might bypass NOTCH and exert a strong positive effect on NOTCH downstream targets in thyroid carcinoma.
