This article is an attempt to correlate the clinical presentation and histological importance of small round cell tumors of the jaw and to discuss the differential diagnosis of small round cell tumors. Typically, a multimodal approach is employed, and the principal ancillary technique that have been found to be useful in classification is IHC.
