Imaging Contribution for the Diagnosis of Disseminated Paracoccidioidomycosis

A 65-year-old man presented with amnesia and aphasia for 1  year. Neurological examination revealed reduced strength and sensitivity in the right arm and leg. During hospital admission the patient also reported 38.5 °C fever, dyspnea and cough, associated with cervical lymph node enlargement.
