Improvement in Pulmonary Vascular Resistance After Relief of Fontan Circuit Obstruction.

CONCLUSIONS: This case series provides novel data quantifying the decrease in PVR after relief of Fontan circuit obstruction, suggesting a mechanism for symptomatic improvement after intervention.
