Molina Healthcare buying Affinity Health Plan of New York for $380 million

Long Beach-based Molina Healthcare said Affinity has 284,000 Medicaid members and serves members in New York City, Westchester, Orange, Nassau, Suffolk, and Rockland counties in New York.
