Dose-escalated intensity modulated radiation therapy in patients with locally-advanced vulvar cancer - does it increase response rate?

CONCLUSION: Dose-escalated IMRT for locally-advanced vulvar cancer is well tolerated, with rates of cCR and pCR that compare favorably with published data.
