Telemedicine in vascular surgery: simple and protected tools and procedures

Our hospital developed a system of access to care by telemedicine since 2013. It was initially dedicated to the prisoners within the medical unit of the penitentiary, and then extended to all the health actors of the territory in November 2016, in particular in vascular surgery for the follow-up of the wounds and the postoperative consultations at home or in health facilities.
