Small bowel obstruction secondary to gallstone migration from duodenal diverticulum after gastric bypass
Small bowel obstruction (SBO) following gastric bypass (RYGB) is a frequent postoperative complication secondary to postoperative adhesions, internal herniation or stricture of the jejunojejunostomy [1]. Here, we report a rare cause of intestinal obstruction after RYGB.
