Providence Health parent blames Covid-19 as it reports $1B loss

The parent company of Providence Health System, operator of the former Northeast D.C. hospital turned health campus, reported that it lost more than $1 billion during its fiscal 2020, harmed by virus shutdowns that stopped elective procedures and caused investment losses.
