Intermediate Outcomes after Repair of Anomalous Left Coronary Artery from the Pulmonary Artery.

CONCLUSIONS: Intermediate-term outcomes after ALCAPA repair in infants are favorable. Persistent left ventricular dysfunction and reinterventions were uncommon, and mortality was rare.
