Intermediate Outcomes after Repair of Anomalous Left Coronary Artery from the Pulmonary Artery.
CONCLUSIONS: Intermediate-term outcomes after ALCAPA repair in infants are favorable. Persistent left ventricular dysfunction and reinterventions were uncommon, and mortality was rare. Patients who required atypical surgical repair or had moderate or greater mitral regurgitation at discharge warrant closer follow-up.
