Accuracy of Thoracolumbar Pedicle Screw Insertion Based on Routine Use of Intraoperative Imaging and Navigation.

Conclusions: The routine use of 3D navigation and intraoperative CT imaging resulted in consistently accurate pedicle screw placement.
