Corium Inc., Xtime close Peninsula offices, lay off workers

A biopharmaceutical company and a software firm are closing their local offices and laying off a total of almost 80 employees, according to new filings with state employment officials. On Oct. 30, Cox Automotive-owned Xtime is closing its 1400 Bridge Parkway office in Redwood City, where around 90 employees work.
