Spectral power of interictal EEG in the diagnosis and prognosis of idiopathic generalized epilepsies.

CONCLUSIONS: Electroencephalography spectral power analysis could form part of a clinically useful diagnostic biomarker for IGE; however, it did not correlate with response to AED in this study.
