Measles outbreak investigation in nomadic population Nasirabad, Balochistan, Pakistan – February 2018
Background: On 16th February 2018, District Health officer, Nasirabad reported 16 suspected measles cases from union council Dera Murad Jamali to provincial disease surveillance and response unit Quetta and requested for investigation. An FELTP fellow was deputed on 17th February to investigate outbreak, evaluate risk factors and recommend control measures.
