Wildfire update: Rains bring relief from smoke

Oregonians woke Friday to rain and healthier air quality Friday morning after more than a week of smoke from the state's historic wildfires. The shift in the weather meant Portland fell the sixth spot for worst air quality in the world, according to the Oregonian. Vancouver, British Columbia, was No. 1.
