Concomitant Proton Pump Inhibitor Use and Survival in Urothelial Carcinoma Treated with Atezolizumab.

CONCLUSIONS: This study indicates PPI use is a negative prognostic marker in advanced urothelial carcinoma treated with ICI therapy, but not chemotherapy.
