ConclusionsOur results conclusively demonstrated that GPX8 could affect the oncogenesis and prognosis of NSCLC via regulating epithelial characteristics. The study also illustrated that GPX8 could serve as a prognostic predictor and potential therapeutic target for NSCLC.

Conclusions: Highly efficient CTC isolation technique based on peptide-magnetic nanoparticles was firstly applied in NSCLC patients. Compared with the antibody-based the technique, the higher CTC detection rates (71.4%) in NSCLC patient blood samples were demonstrated for the patients in different stages, I-IV, especially in early stages. In this study, in order to improve the tumor cell targeting ability of EGFR-TKI, EGFR-TKI erlotinib was conjugated with the cancer cell-targeting heptamethine cyanine dyes to form seventeen novel erlotinib-dye conjugates. CONCLUSIONS: CircRNA_103993 was highly expressed in NSCLC cells. CircRNA_103993 regulated proliferation and apoptosis of NSCLC cells by acting as a sponge of miR-1271.
