[A Rarely Differential Diagnosis of Exertional Dyspnea]. Pneumologie. 2020 Sep 14;: Authors: Albrecht S, Taube C, Aigner C, Theegarten D Abstract The determination of exercise-induced dyspnea is an important multifaceted task for a differential diagnosis of the pulmonologist. We are reporting the case of a 70-year old female patient at the time of the first presentation with a tumor filling almost the entire left hemithorax. Histologically a solitary pleural fibroma could be diagnosed. PMID: 32927488 [PubMed - as supplied by publisher]
