Müller Muscle Conjunctiva Resection for Revision of Residual Ptosis After External Levator Advancement Surgery

Conclusions: In patients who have residual ptosis without contour abnormality following external levator advancement, and positive response to phenylephrine testing, Müller muscle conjunctival resection is an effective approach.
