Cross-modality and in-vivo validation of 4D flow MRI evaluation of uterine artery blood flow in human pregnancy.
CONCLUSIONS: 4D flow MRI can yield physiologic measures of UtA blood flow rate and PI that are associated with adverse pregnancy outcomes. This may open new avenues in the future to explore more robust MRI-based evaluation of UtA hemodynamics in pregnancy. This article is protected by copyright. All rights reserved.
