AsiDNA is a radiosensitizer with no added toxicity in medulloblastoma pediatric models.

CONCLUSIONS: Our results suggest that AsiDNA is an attractive candidate to improve radiation therapy in MB, with no indication of additional toxicity in developing brain tissues.
