Long Head of the Biceps Tendon Tenotomy versus Subpectoral Tenodesis in Rotator Cuff Repair.

Conclusions: Both biceps tenotomy and subpectoral tenodesis performed during rotator cuff repair improved pain and function and resulted in comparable clinical outcomes.
