Advantages of New Endoscopic Unilateral Laminectomy for Bilateral Decompression (ULBD) over Conventional Microscopic ULBD.

Conclusions: This study shows that both endoscopic ULBD and microscopic ULBD can provide favorable outcomes for lumbar central canal stenosis.
